Our Swing set!!!!

We bought a swing set, three years ago, two years ago, Pete put up the slide, rock wall and club house.  In May the swings FINALLY got put up.  The kids have been swinging like crazy ever since.

Track

On May 22nd, the boys had their track meet for their elementary school.  They practice for about a month and then have a track meet against some other schools.  Neither of my boys are great runners, but they have a good time and I think it's good for them to exercise and to learn about running.  Brandon did get a third place and Kenyon a fourth place out of seven kids.  Not too shabby.  Way to go boys!

Fathers and Sons

Fathers and Sons camp out was on May 18th, this year.  The boys were so excited to go, they love camping out with their dad.  This year it was even more fun because Pete took their friends, Elias and Thijs, with them.  Pete is such a great guy taking five boys on a camp out.  They had such a great time hanging out with their dad and with their friends.

Munchkin #3

I have had four kids go to Childrens World of Music preschool and they all have participated in the play the school does in the fall.  Amazingly my last three have all done the Wizard of Oz and been Munchkins in the play.  On May 17th, Jaron, like my other two munchkins was an adorable little munchkin.  He did a great job at the play.  He smiled and he sang and he did his little actions.  He is such a cute kid and has really blossomed at preschool. 

Angry Birds

Jaron had an Angry Birds birthday party with his friends on May 5th.  They had a great time knocking down boxes with Angry birds, pinning the beak on the Angry Bird, tossing the Angry birds in the basket and smashing an angry birds pig pinata.  They ate Angry Birds cupcakes and then opened presents.  It was a very fun party.  Jaron has such cute and well behaved friends.

In love with our puppy

We are enjoying having this sweet little dog in our family.  She is a lot of fun and very playful.  Now if we could just get her potty trained all would be well.  These pictures were taken May 1 and May 3.

 

The Pinewood Derby

Kenyon's troop had their pinewood derby on April 26.  Kenyon's car didn't do so well, but it sure looked awesome!  :)
