On April 2, Shaylee lost her first tooth, four days before she turned seven. My kids all lose their teeth so late, but I guess that's a good thing. Shaylee's tooth got loose on our trip to Disneyland. She was so excited for the tooth fairy to come and she wrote her this sweet note.

My Talented Children
For the Harmony talent show (March 23) this year all three of my Harmony kids, decided to participate. Brandon played the piano for his fifth year and played, "Linus and Lucy". I was so proud of him. He had an easier version already to go and two weeks before the talent show, his piano teacher brought him a harder version and challenged him to learn that piece and play it instead. He was nervous, but took on the challenge and mastered the harder version and played it beautifully.
Kenyon also played the piano, his piece was called, "The Hand bell Choir", and he played it perfectly. I am so proud of my boys who have become great piano players.
Shaylee finally broke our piano playing trend and did a cheer with five of her little friends. Four of these girls learned this cheer at cheer camp in the summer, we added in two more girls and then one of the mom's made a few changes to make the cheer flow a bit better. These girls worked so hard and did such an awesome job. Their cheer was to "Under the Sea" from the Little Mermaid. Good job my beautiful and talented munchkins!

And The White Lion Continues...
St. Paddy's day
For St. Patrick's Day, we had green waffles for dinner. YUM! And then we did our traditional St. Paddy's day dinner of corned beef and cabbage, on Sunday. We love St. Patrick's day and always have a great time dressing in green and enjoying all the St. Patrick's day fun!

My musician
Brandon has been playing the clarinet this year and had his second
concert on March 13. They did a great job as always. I am impressed
with how well the kids play since the only go to bad two days a week for
thirty minutes. Brandon loves music and does really well picking up on
new instruments and new music pieces.

Green Eggs and Ham
The first grade always has a green eggs and ham breakfast to celebrate Dr. Suess' birthday. I was able to go to Shaylee's and I had so much fun with her. The kids all get a Cat in the Hat hat and then we all get a green eggs and ham breakfast from a local restaurant called Beaches. It was pretty good even though it looks pretty gross. We even had the Cat in the Hat come and read Green Eggs and Ham to us. The Cat in the Hat was Mr. Schiewe (Brandon's 1st grade teacher). Shaylee had to have her picture with him!
