Chapter 7- Family Reunions

On Wednesday night we had a family reunion on our Summers side. It was at a park in Sandy. I again forgot my camera, so no pictures. I was just not thinking about pictures at this point. I was still worried about my husband who was STILL in the hospital. It was a fun reunion and I enjoyed chatting with my cousins and the kids had a great time playing. Shaylee completely biffed it on the tennis courts and really scraped up her knees. Luckily, I carry band aids in my car, so we had her fixed up and she was back to playing in no time.

The second reunion was on Saturday night for the Hill side of the family. We got together at my grandma's house and had dinner and dessert. The kids had a great time playing frisbee and just running around my grandma's yard. She's got a big yard that is great for kids. And across the lane from her house there are horses and other animals and they love to go visit and pet all the animals.

I really had a good time at this reunion. I was more relaxed because I was heading home the next day and Pete was home from the hospital. I did get a few pictures, but not many because my battery died on the camera. So, I stole a few from my sister! Thanks, Gina!
