Raingutter Regata
On October 22 , Brandon had his first Raingutter Regata. Who knew there was such a thing? For those of you who are clueless like me (ha ha) the Raingutter Regata is when the cubscouts make boats and then try and sail them in a raingutter. Whoever gets to the end fastest wins. B actually won a race! We were very excited, since making boats, cars, etc. is not Pete's cup of tea. The boat turned out really well and Brandon definitely had more fun than he did at the Pinewood Derby. Now we are just frantically finishing up all the requirements for his wolf since his birthday is coming up soon.

Oh, is it a kit like pinewood derby? Some of us are clueless.
How fun! I didn't know what it was - you learn something new everyday :)
Karl has been involved with cub scouts but I have never heard of this! Yay for Brandon winning a race!
AJ has done 2 of them here and loves it!! Here's a hint....it's all in the way you blow!!
This looks like more fun than the pinewood derby
